Shipping

We offer $6 flat rate shipping on all orders, plus FREE shipping on orders over $100! We currently only ship within the United States from our studio in Brevard, North Carolina. Because our candles are hand-poured to order, we ask that you allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment. If you need your candle by a certain date, please let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen! 

You will receive a shipping confirmation when the label for your order is created. Your shipment's tracking number may take up to 72 hours to populate depending on how quickly the carrier picks up and scans your package. Transit times typically range from 2-7 business day days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to ensure you have a great experience with Elder & Co. and our candles!

We carefully inspect all of our candles before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@elderandco.co within 7 days of delivery.
